The endowment will consider submissions for requests for placement and or assistance in May and October with decisions and announcement of beneficiaries made on July 4 and December 31 each year. Requests for the placement or assistance in acquiring public art must be made in writing on or before May 15 or October 15 of each year. To receive a request form and submission guidelines please leave your name, the name of your organization mailing address, email, daytime telephone number, as well a brief discretion of your request for information or assistance. Artist requesting their works inclusion in the program be advised that 85 percent of the work is by the request of the endowment. To be considered by the endowment please request an information packet. We will require CV, a list of placements and a minimum of 12 digital photographs of your work please be aware that sculptors are asked by the endowment to participate and your submission will only make the NSE aware of your abilities and in no way implies any considerations.
